This Virtual Retreat will utilize the science and strength of wisdom and love and the need for both players, the masculine and feminine to be in play, in order to be in alignment with the nature of self.
Miriam will be sharing insights on the practice of generating: generosity, discipline, patience, joyful effort ,focus, and wisdom (AKA the 6 Paramitas in Mahayana Buddhism).
When we take the love train to the last stop we find wisdom/clarity.
And when we take the wisdom train to the last stop we find openness,abundance and LOVE
This is a VIRTUAL (at home) retreat. All sessions are online.

12-2 Meditation and lecture
2p-4:30 – Break time with a chance for 1×1
4:30 – 5:30pm Light Yoga & pranayama
5:30p- 6:30pm – Dinner Break
7 – 8:00pm – Lecture 2
8:00 – 8:30pm – meditation
