Tree House is a 5-bedroom villa for our own private use during this retreat…with plenty of hangout areas, and its very own — and very spectacular — private pool deck.

Tree House Villa, is a polished yet relaxed, five-bedroom, multi-level retreat with a decidedly artsy-music vibe. An entertainer’s paradise set in lush gardens, there are multiple, generous seating/lounge areas to perch from and take in the sights, including sea views from the rooftop bar area lounge. The large pool deck — perfect for lounging alongside with a book — surrounds a unique, artist-crafted, mosaic tile pool.

These charming, alluring and decidedly unusual rooms were the first built at Jakes and began the craze for its funky beach style. Rooms are unique and come with either Queen or King sized beds. Garden View rooms are the most affordable rooms on property while close to the center of the action and brimming with unique charms. Each has its own private outdoor space. Our Garden View rooms include Conch and Coral.
