Satsang, derived from Sanskrit, generally means "being in the company of truth". In the Jivamukti tradition it is a communal gathering of spiritual seekers where support, wisdom, and self-realization are explored through topics of discussion, teachings & readings, and practices like meditation and chanting. All are welcome. Simple comfortable White attire is traditional (but not necessary!) Come as you are. No asana.
Satsangs are led by JYC teachers and guests, but all are welcome to present and participate.

Join us for a fusion of heart-opening movement, breath, and sacred intention.
We’ll begin with 18 Heart-Led Sun Salutations, honoring the light within and around us, followed by a Sacred Yoga practice, breathwork, meditation, chanting, and a deep gong relaxation.This Thanksgiving, we gather to cultivate gratitude and reflect on the exchange between giving and receiving. Through movement and stillness, we’ll create space for love, clarity, and quiet renewal — nurturing the flow of gratitude as an expression of abundance.As we harvest the blessings of our lives, we’ll deepen our connection to the qualities of thanks and giving, and carry these qualities with us into the season ahead.

NADA SOUND BATH

If relaxation were a sound. This healing sound session is a “sonic reiki” that will seed light, love, and new codes into the being in a gentle and graceful manner. Sound frequencies when paired with intention have profoundly healing effects. Participants are encouraged to work with an intention for each session to maximize the frequencies so that the shifts can be felt and seen in the physical and spiritual realms.
One Nation Sound Baths are led by two practitioners at a time, making sessions powerful sonic journeys that give attendees the experience of truly bathing in sound. Private booking available as well. Please inquire.
